Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, sliced for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and brown sugar.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
