- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, red chili flakes, and vegetable oil.
