A delightful Italian-inspired dish featuring grilled chicken marinated in a zesty lemon herb sauce, served with perfectly grilled zucchini slices.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Meanwhile, toss the zucchini slices with the remaining marinade.
- Grill the zucchini for 3-4 minutes per side until tender and slightly charred.
- Serve the grilled chicken with zucchini and lemon wedges.
