Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, melted butter, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
