Description
A flavorful Korean-inspired dish featuring grilled tofu marinated in a spicy chili sauce, served with garlic butter bok choy for a delicious and balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 heads of baby bok choy, halved
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 green onion, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the tofu into 1-inch thick slices.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Marinate tofu slices in the mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil and grill tofu slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and heated through.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add bok choy halves and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve grilled tofu over garlic butter bok choy. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onion if desired.
