Description
A quick and flavorful spicy chili stir-fried tofu and zucchini dish, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 400g firm tofu, cubed
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add tofu cubes to the skillet, stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
- Add zucchini slices and red bell pepper to the skillet, stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili paste, mixing well to coat the tofu and vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
