Thai Spicy Chili Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha, garlic, lime juice, ginger, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  5. Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
