- 1 tbsp smoked paprika

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, ground coriander, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
