Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup almond milk
1 egg
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
Fresh blueberries and maple syrup for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, whisk almond milk, egg, and coconut oil. Combine with the dry ingredients.
