Ingredients
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp almond extract (optional)
Sprinkles or icing for decoration
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add egg and extracts.
