2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, spooning the melted garlic butter over the steaks as they cook for another 2 minutes.
