Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (1-inch thick)

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, depending on the desired doneness.
  • Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic to the skillet, spooning the melted garlic butter over the steaks as they cook for another 2 minutes.
