1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp melted butter

- Filling
16 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sweetener
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix almond flour, butter, and sweetener to make the crust. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and heavy cream until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
