Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- While the lamb is grilling, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove the lamb from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Drizzle the garlic butter over the lamb chops and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
