A delightful fusion of Moroccan spices and spicy chili flavors, this grilled chicken dish is paired with lemon herb couscous for a refreshing twist.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Moroccan spice blend
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, Moroccan spice blend, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- While the chicken is grilling, bring the chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add couscous to the boiling broth, cover, and remove from heat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the couscous with a fork and add lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, mint, and olive oil. Mix well.
- Serve the grilled chicken on a bed of lemon herb couscous.
