Moroccan Spicy Chili Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Coat the lamb chops evenly with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
