Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the lamb chops evenly with the marinade. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the lamb chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
