Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon harissa paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, harissa paste, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture evenly over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are charred and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
