Ingredients
- 500g lamb, cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the cubed lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, and paprika.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes until the sauce thickens and lamb is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve with lemon wedges.
