Ingredients
- 400g firm tofu, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Add tofu cubes to the marinade and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Thread tofu, red bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until vegetables are tender and tofu is slightly charred.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
