Ingredients

  • 500g lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the lamb chops.
  4. Place lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
