Ingredients
- 500g lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the lamb chops.
- Place lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
