Ingredients
- 2 tuna steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
