Spicy Chili Grilled Tuna with Lemon Herb Couscous

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the tuna steaks with olive oil, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the tuna steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking.
