Description
A flavorful and easy-to-make spicy chili stir-fried tofu with zucchini, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu, drained and cubed
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and stir-fry until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced zucchinis to the skillet and continue to stir-fry for another 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix chili paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Pour the sauce over the tofu and zucchini, stirring well to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
