Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers

  • 300 g ground beef

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 1 cup corn kernels

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  • Cut off tops of peppers, remove seeds.
  • Sauté onion and beef in olive oil until browned.
  • Stir in tomato sauce, corn, rice, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill peppers with the mixture, top with cheese.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese golden.
