4 bell peppers
300 g ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 onion, diced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup corn kernels
1 cup shredded cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Cut off tops of peppers, remove seeds.
- Sauté onion and beef in olive oil until browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, corn, rice, salt, and pepper.
- Fill peppers with the mixture, top with cheese.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese golden.
