Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, red chili flakes, and vegetable oil.
