Thai Grilled Lemongrass Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, melted butter, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper.
