Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, sriracha, garlic, lime juice, ginger, honey, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
