Ingredients

  • 2 large zucchini (spiralized into zoodles)

  • 1/2 cup basil pesto

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)

Directions
