Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, grated

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Favorite pizza toppings (vegetables, sauce, cheese)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Steam grated cauliflower, then drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, combine cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Press the mixture into a pizza shape on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  • Add toppings and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
