Moroccan Spiced Grilled Lamb with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the lamb chops for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  5. While the lamb is grilling, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic to the butter and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Remove the lamb from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  8. Drizzle the garlic butter over the lamb chops and garnish with chopped parsley.
  9. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
