1 medium cauliflower, grated
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Steam grated cauliflower, then drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine cauliflower, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture into a pizza shape on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
