Thai Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, chopped cilantro, and mint.
  3. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the salmon fillets generously with the lemon herb mixture.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
