Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, chopped cilantro, and mint.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets generously with the lemon herb mixture.
